You misunderstood, or are replying to who responded to me. I DO have a signed contract. The company is attempting to change my rate without my agreeing to it. I acknowledge that they can decide not to do business with me, but they are attempting to make the rate change 11/01, and today is 11/11. They cannot do that legally, correct? I DO HAVE A CONTRACT
