Hospitals sign agreements for Offshore, On-Shore, or Multi-shore labor. In cases where the hospital contracted for on-shore labor, Nuance would need 24/hr domestic (US) coverage for that account.

I wouldn't assume it's because "India can't keep up". That's likely not the case.
