To get to $700 you would need--sm - anon

8750 lines converted, so that would be 17500 lines of speech wreck if you figure a base of .08/line. That gives a gross of $700. All I did was divide 700 by .08. Now, for take home, you take that $700, add whatever is normally taken out of your check (taxes, insurance, or whatever else) and just divide that number by .08 and that will give you the converted lines.

I feel that just starting with .08 is a good baseline. If you make more because of a good QA week, then that is gravy. Now, those numbers can change some if you work during the hours where there is a shift differential or if there is a differential for your platform but that should give you a good starting point.

Honestly, none of us are paid commensurate with our experience because honestly, the experience is not worth much to them any more. Most accounts are verbatim and they do not want you to clean it up, etc, they just want you to try and get done what the doctor says. Sad but that is the way it is now.
