Being recently "let go", which I will add they will not provide me documentation of this even though they stated they would in front of witnesses, I asked for copies of my timesheets. I was told that is a confidentiality issue and unless I get a subpoena they would not provide them. Every other job will provide them so you have proof of your hours/earnings. They informed me a paystub is sll I am entitled to even though it does not show lines or differential, etc. Anyone know anything about this?
