... that was my first reaction as well. I feel for the above poster and all as far as being unhappy with the company you work for, but there is a totally innocent person (the patient) involved here. This applies to any profession really. If I were a chef, a teacher, a car detailer, an auto mechanic, etc., who didn't like the company I worked for I wouldn't just fly through my work and not "give a rats about anything" because the person who suffers from my mistakes and poor work is totally innocent in all this. Those medical reports are more about the patient, their doctor, and their medical care... not Nuance.
