Performance improvement plan after being over 10% QC twice in the previous 10 weeks. I was being watched like a hawk for 4 weeks, always being lead to believe if I made 1 mistake in any of the metrics, I would be terminated. I think every TSM makes their own rules on how/when/why to put an employee on a performance improvement plan or terminate them all together. In my 22 years of work experience, I've never been reprimanded or put on any type of performance review. At that point, I started looking for a job outside of MT, and I am super happy to say I finally found one and have turned in my notice, adios N!
