You might try paging down to the bottom of the document (can't think of the word shortcut keys at the moment) and then back up to the top of your document. All the text should be there.
Also, try Alt Shift E which shortens the demographics part of the screen and increases screen space for the text. This usually makes all the hidden text visible. To get your full demographics back, do Alt E. I think sending off the report with the document "stretched" is the reason the text is squished together when the next document comes up. These shortcuts always work for me--hope they do for you too!
