But I'm still getting the same messages. My husband, who is an IT guy, did the exceptions, etc., but we are still getting nowhere. This happens in both IE and Chrome. And in Chrome, I also get a message that I have "insufficient permissions" which is obviously a problem on my local computer, but nothing we do seems to fix that. I'm thoroughly frustrated.
