I have been in this business for a very long time and, yes, there have been some changes industry-wide in the last several years that have not been for the better, but never, EVER have I worked for a company in which I made so little $$$, felt this demoralized every day, dread checking company email, and dread clocking in to work. If everyone feels like I do, it is no wonder MTs are leaving this company right and left. I am working on an exit myself, but finding any work at all in this business is tough. I feel there still have to be some good companies out there.
