One of the things I hate most is when there's a wrong worktype in the header and you're supposed to change it to the right worktype that was dictated. It can take a while to find the right worktype and you don't even get paid for it. This is one of the issues of not being paid for extra work that once Nuance folds or is all shipped overseas, we have a legitimate reason to file and win a class action lawsuit. I estimate that happening in about 2 years.
