You get stuff like that, cheer leading, when you really want answers to issues? Hoo boy, no thanks.
Lucky for me (or not I guess), I have 2 jobs so that is my excuse why I never join the team meetings. Let's face it, even back when team meetings were productive and not bashing/cheering events, there was always that one with the idiotic unrelenting questions to make you wonder why you are donating your time.
Just curious, though, any value to the team meetings, or do they just exist to make you feel bad if you don't come up to scratch?
