That employee was treated like a person and the company he worked for were human! Not like this place, who are greedy monsters, who run roughshod over the women who work for them. I know there might be some male MTs, but the majority are women and thus allow this treatment.
I can understand needing a job, but to what degree. First off, N plays next to nothing and they rob their MTs right and left. You are not treated with any respect or recognition. I applaud anyone who gets away from this place and moves on, even if it is a lateral move, it isn't working for N and enabling them to do what they do.
Not all jobs out there are like working here! You can have a nice job with decent money and not made to feel like dirt underneath some money hungry despot of a boss.
