That is true if I sent to internal QA; however, I sent to External so I would not be punished in my QC percent, since the audio was so horrible and a mumbling dictator. I was told if it was sent to EQA, it should be customer ready, never mind the fact the audio was bad and where is the logic in post auditing something that goes to QA? Obviously it was sent to QA because there was an issue/problem with it. It's just like they're waiting to pounce.
