My rates are different for different clients and situations. I have one that's a rather large account and I charge only 10 cpl if they use their recorders and upload to my FTP site, 11 cpl if they use the toll-free call-in number and 16 cpl for stats. I'm still charging 12 cpl for some of my long time (+10 years) clients who have been with me a while and 14 to 15 cpl for others. I really hesitate to raise rates because of the precarious position MTs are in. It depends on the situation, but that may at least give you a ball-park range.
