qa'd a particularly horrible ESL dictated report...this guy is so bad that (miraculously) we are allowed 5 blanks on his reports. It was a short report so I somehow managed to come in at just 5 blanks. Of course it went to QA for a post audit.
I want to genuinely THANK that QA person, as it would have been EASY to fail me on that report. In fact, she caught a mistake that could have been major -- she did mark it BUT she added "difficult dictator - no points deducted"
While this is how it SHOULD be automatically for crappy dictators, we all know it's NOT, not at this horrible company, but thanks to that QA my pay has that much less chance to be slashed by who knows how much, this week anyway.
