3.5 lph guaranteed for:

- Editing (even more pennies for the rare straight-typing jobs!)
- Time spent researching that elusive city, hospital, med, etc. (which would not have taken so long if properly enunciated).
- Time spent deciphering the unintelligible.
- Checking Fiesa.
- Checking e-mails.
- Checking client specs so our formatting is 100% correct.
- Updating client specs that changed yet again.
- Double-checking style rules to prevent "dings."
- Time spent figuring out your pay on the grid.

Seems we should be doing even more that 3.5 lph, dontcha think (she asked, oozing sarcasm).

Sorry, I'm just in a really cruddy mood.
