...but the Indian names comment was kind of a low blow. We know all about the respect we deserve as transcriptionists and definitely AREN'T getting from Nuance so disrespecting other people's cultures isn't--well, I'll shut up now because I'm preaching. It wouldn't be an issue but I felt compelled to comment on it because my mother was born in India so it kind of made me cringe! At the same time, I share everyone's irritation at the outsourcing to India, especially when I seem to be hitting the OOW wall so much more often lately!
