to all of us. I am SO tired of my pay changing week to week based on what somebody else thinks they heard. I think the worst of it is that I can't really defend anything because I can't go back and relisten to a report to see if what somebody else heard is right or if it is fabricated to cut my pay. It's a funny thing, too, that all the "random" reports are generally ESL that you can't half understand or the non-ESL that talk at the speed of light or are mush-mouths who don't even need to dictate anyway. It makes me wonder if they talk to their patients the same way. Okay, I'm through now. Just wishing I had ANY place else to go where I could make even close to what I make (some weeks anyway) now.
