Unfortunately, what you describe is my life with my secondary account that I spend more time in than my primary account because no one wants to work it. It STINKS and my lines are horrendous. I am tired of spending PTO time to make up for loss of lines. No more. Looks like I'll have to do a minimum wage job somewhere but even that will pay me more compared to what I get with this account. When I asked to go to another account, I was told that there was no other account. Don't believe it but that's what they said !
