You are so right. Like you, I have a good TSM. It's hard when you know your TSM needs help and an account is behind. Before Nuance, we worked as a team and would jump in, whether you knew that account or not. You could do full QA and do your part. Now that is no longer the case. I know THAT will be the notes they audit, and then I've been sunk for the whole week. Why? Because I helped. Makes no sense why you can't be put on full QA until the TSM thinks you're okay to go.
