Just thought I'd say this. 99% accuracy, work picked at for every little thing, even when it doesn't make a bit of difference, such as "postop" versus "postoperative," and too much left to the discretion of these people who "grade" our work. One woman knocked off 1 point for four little things like that at 0.25 off. They would NOT reverse them. These things were NOT in the account specs. It was just HER determination over my trying to make the report read better.
If they want such perfection, they should be willing to pay more....at least twice the minimum wage, which still isn't a heck of a lot.
And by the way, now they are keeping track of a 4-week average on quality, as well as a 10-week average on quality. For what?
