Why Are There Lines Through Some Posts on the Boards?

I have been using OLD system with Windows 2000 and Outlook express to run the Digital Dictate and Express Delegate. It is finally starting to give me issues. I am amazed at how many people ask the same question year after year about company after company. Companies have until 1/31 to mail W2s. The bigger the company, the longer it takes to finish up the previous year's books and have W2s ready to print.
