Why do companies post jobs and never reply?

A lot of times, I have replied under a post just to have it go to the 'bottom' of the posts. We used to be able to post directly under the OP and it woulod show up there. Lately, it goes under the totally last posting if there are other posters commenting to each other. if i hit post reply under the OP, it still shows up as the last reply. It never used to be that way. I'm also getting a message that my email address is not in the proper format...yet it is. What's ...

I found out last week that jobs submitted for blanks to QC1 can still be pulled for post-audit. You have to double check your jobs submitted for QC1 against your post-audits because if you don't catch it you can and will be marked off on your post-audit for something the QC1 or QC2 reviewers made a mistake on. I have been unemployed as an MT now since last April. I have uploaded my resume to many different sites, careerbuilder.com, Monster, etc. Every morning or so I get an email from one of them showing me the new jobs on the site and one always basically comes from an MT recruiting company that says pay could be from $25K to 65K depending on experience. 8 cpl is what I started at 6 or 7 years ago, I'm still seeing this number and of course much lower.
