The person who takes your insurance info and checks you in and sends you to the correct department. Again, it keeps coming back to them not paying us to do these tasks. We are not hourly employees. It should be included in the line count because what you are checking are characters, spelling, verifying info, etc. I don't know of any other job where you perform part of your service for free. Plumbers don't buy the materials and take it out of their own check at a loss. They charge you for those materials, sometimes they even charge you a premium for those materials because they spend time ordering them or running to get them.
