You described this job perfectly. I hope you have found something else, because it is not healthy working under the conditions these MTSOs put us through.

I found something else and just do MT for supplemental income and it is still torture. When I can secure a few more hours at my other job, I'm done, never to look back.

Like you, this used to be a good job and you never minded going the extra mile, but now I resent putting in an extra comma to meet their stupid Book of Style rules.
