Run away from these rip off companies, I would have said something a lot more explanative than you did.
What a mind set some of these MTs have. I am so sick of free work that we do for them and then punished if it isn't correct. I swear they set you up to fail. She probably is losing the account anyway and looked fort a scapegoat. Move on!
