I had a job that paid by the minute; unfortunately, I lost it to voice recognition in February. I had to convert hours and minutes to seconds.
Here is an online converter to use: https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/time/time-to-decimal-calculator.php
So, 2 minutes and 13 seconds would convert to 133 seconds, then you would calculate 133 x 0.030 = $3.99.
