Just want to add ... It is a very hard transition for most. These people have high expectations with very little positivity or reward other being paid. Aside from conversations with fellow MTs, it is a pretty negative work environment. A lot of changes in the past year. I am always waiting for the other shoe to drop. They truly do not value their employees no matter how long you have been there. The only upside is paycheck. If you can deal with all their crap, you can still make good money at PF. Also a lot of their dictators are very difficult because of high patient volume, repetition, speeding and slurring through dictation, which means time consuming and frustrating to learn.
