asinine rules regarding pronouns, "rule of 6," abbreviations, etc., and it is the luck of the draw as far as TLs go -- some fair and decent, others with some type of queen bee syndrome where they only way they can feel big is to try to hammer you into feeling small. There are not too many companies left that offer employee status and good benefits, so it all boils down to what is it worth to you. For me, I'm happy enough most days. It is not the job of my dreams, but I enjoy having affordable insurance and a paycheck I can count on. Hope this helps.
