And it's actually changing the meaning and dictator intention by mixing up systems. Throwing Extremities ROS in with GI, etc. -- what the hey?

I can't understand how the facilities would even allow such a thing. Or is it that the facility/facilities require it?

Yeah, if there's any so-called "logic" to it, I'd love to hear it too.
