Unless you need the benefits, steer clear. Horrible treatment of transcriptionists and always doing things to take away from us or making more rules instead of making the job better and more productive. Slave labor. Benefits are the only plus. If you can get coverage through spouse, etc., then totally not worth jumping through their hoops to abide by their ridiculous rules
