Total bogus claim it was all for "security". Nothing secure about this screwed up mess. I don't feel one bit sorry for TTCI - they were told over and over the problems and lies with Nuance. They did not want to hear any of it. Always said "TTCI is not Nuance"....well, yeah, it is!!!??!!!!. WTF!! You don't blink unless Nuance tells you to.

Every tick, tick, tick brings me closer to retirement.

How's everyone's TAT btw? Sucky as my accounts?
