When making a query like this, you should always:

Tell us the diagnosis.
Tell us what kind of operation it is.
Tell us who the patient is (male, female, adult, infant.)
Give the full sentence.

Are you hearing "hemo status" or hemostasis? You wrote "hemostatis," which is not a word.

Hope this helped. Unlike others in the thread, I don't have a problem helping someone with an assignment. I think the idea here is to help each other.
