like ambulatory, low ESL, clear English speaking docs, and not too many accounts so that you have to sift several times per hour thru endless pages of CPs, you can stay on grid. If not, good luck.
I've been on both sides-- before when I had this great account, clear speakers, ambulatory - I was ALWAYS on the grid. Then, in the last couple months got moved to a hospital account because the easy account, of course after I helped train it, went to India. On this new account, which has 95% horrible slurring, word mispronouncing, mile-a-minute dictators, I am lucky to get on the almighty grid half the time. And just BARELY.
