Same here, so mad this evening with the way the work is being assigned I am ready to quit, no notice. Just SICK to death of it. Add work to the pool, remove from the pool. Always get the crap dictators back to back, sure would be nice to see the good dictators back to back for a change, oh wait, this is Nuance, that doesn't happen except for the select....
