And makes one wonder, WHY do they need to have the leads and the POCs etc? WHY don't they just do their job to start with, create everyones pools equal, if caught tossing back, warn once, then put on probation, after that, dismiss! This company fires and "lets go" for less serious issues. Why create the danged rules if they don't follow them. To the ones assigning the horrible jobs because you don't want to do them, and/or you let your favs toss back many times to the point the work is going out of TAT, AND to the bosses that do NOTHING about it even when provided proof, like the previous poster said, karma will serve what you deserve, hope you brought an appetite. You created it, reap what you dish
