Any Good Jobs Left? - Honeybun

I am wanting to know if there are any good companies left in the business to work for? I have 30+ years experience, been with my present company 10 years (only been with 3 total), and in last year have had a pay cut and now new PTO will pay me half of what I make (who can take time off when getting half the pay)...I just want to work for a nice company, leave me alone, let me do my job, pay me a decent wage, reasonable rate for benefits that at least pay (I am looking at 1250.00 of medical I owe right now, even though I pay 300.00 a month for my benefits), if I am late occasionally let it go (I have insomnia and sometimes have a very hard time getting up, but I always get my 8 hours in), and let me quietly keep the job until I retire! Am I asking for too much? I don't know anything else and I have to work....is it me, or does anyone else think this business has went to hell in a handbag?
