Seriously. Why do you withhold this information? Would it not make more sense to post that right at the start so people know if they are even willing to test with you? It wastes your time, doesn't it, to review tests and resumes if your pay rate is not acceptable to people? If I choose IC, what percentage of self-employment, FICA, Social Security, and Medicare taxes will I be paying on (on the average) on my gross monthly income?
