Transferring encrypted voice files

Hi - I have been using express scribe for months without problem, receiving and sending transcription files. Now, however, one of my contracts has started using geardictate. I cannot open the files they are sending through express scribe? Has anyone else had this problem? After hours of looking for a solution via the internet I think the problem is that the files are encrypted when transferred? Is there a way to open these files without having to go through th ...

I work on eBTXT and am told there is no way for me to relisten to the audio after it goes to QA, but of course my TSM can, which gets me nowhere. Is there a way to save the voice file to my computer? Hi I posted this once but not sure if it went through. I use Olympus Transcriptoin Kit and can usually transcribe any type of voice file by dragging it into the system. One of my doctors accidentally encrypted his dictation and now my transcription module asks me for a password to decrypt it.
