anyone on the large hospital group in central Va that start with - an H and has 3 letters in the name?

Hi, I was on this account working directly for the hospital when we ended up outsourced, first to Transcend and then with Nuance when they took over. Back in the day, we got a TON of compliments for our work. However, at this time, I do not know a single person who used to work for them that is still there. 

I ran into a friend who still works in house in med records the other day, and she said the quality on the work has been ghastly! I am not trying to say any of you guys are responsible. I noticed when I was still with Nasty-Nuance that, when I would look up a report, I would see a lot of Indian names listed with things checked out. Also, knowing no one is left, there is no way all the new people could know when a certain dr. likes one thing this way and another one that way until and whenever the specs get updated, so I am sure a lot of things did not get done the way the drs. liked (we kind of spoiled them).

I was just wondering, if you are on the account, whether or not anyone seems to be in charge. I know our TL at the time was sort of MIA a lot, couldn't get answers to emails, etc., but I heard she was being or had been replaced. Do they seem concerned with quality? Do you see emails from anyone about this?

I was with this hospital account for a long time and hate to hear that the work is not good. I had some really good doctors, the kind that would let the supervisor know that the dept  was doing a good job and to pass it on. Kind of hate to think that they are getting subpar work.
