I just found out I am being placed on an acute care account for a hospital that has over 500 physicians! Is there really a way to make a decent income from on an account that large? It doesn't seem to me that I would get the same physicians very often, making it much more difficult to get used to their speech patterns, normals, etc. I believe this account will also be partly VR editing. The doctor dictates "He was seen last by me in December of this year." Okay, it was actually December of last year or 2011, I would assume.
