I finally called support this morning and the tech had to reset my password on his end. I had been able before that to access MQCentral but not email. After the reset (with my same password and log in information) it worked. Hope this helps!

Support said that when all the e-mails were purged Monday, all the passwords got purged along with them. Now they are having to reset everyone's password. Call support to create an incident number and they will "put you on the list."

MQ Central problems - Working MT

You have to call support and have them reset your account AGAIN. I could not do QCare either and I guess when they reset MQ Central it automatically resets the Qcare.

Its getting really old. I have to call and have them reset my account at least once a week or I am totally out of the loop with work e-mails.

It is not a company wide problem, just some of us, so make that call if you don't want to go on wondering what is going on with your accounts/CCM.

A couple of months ago, I could not get into MQCentral for days. Turned out it had something to do with IE, so tech support downloaded Firefox, and I have had no trouble since. I would call first, though, so you're covered as far as downloading a different browser.

Yes I do use Internet Explorer, it is an MQ computer and that is what was loaded on it when I got it. I have been having trouble ever since the so-called "upgrade" to the e-mail system weeks ago. It seems like they reset it and the next day its gone again, like it can't remember me or spits out into oblivion. It is really getting old. If it keeps up I will surely pass this information on to them and ask them what they think. Thanks.

I can log in fine, but I cannot check my mail for some reason. When I go to the community page I get this message instead. I am logged in, my name is even at the top of the screen. Missing or unrecognized user name or password for the specified server.
