I don't want to paste it here for proprietary reasons, but it's basically a statement that we're being monitored to see if we do or do not check FIASCO. And a reminder that we ARE in fact paid for it. Oh, yeah? Show me the money!

so thats why, after 3 yrs or however long, I finally am getting - emails demanding I must sign off!

which, of course, I am ignoring, and if I continue to be harassed about it I guess I will have to sign off - permanently!!

MTSOs are the new McDonald's as far as pay and skills are concerned - good for starters, then you grow and move on.

Are they actually saying it's included in our pay per line?? They always say to check it off the clock so how are they paying us????? I didn't receive any such email and I haven't checked FIESA in almost 2 years.

Them constantly adding more things for us to do into the rate which we earn currently, (which rate was decided loooong before Fiesa, as well as a bunch of other things that have been "demanded" of us) is getting ridiculous.
N pay is right there with everyone else, who dont have - Fiesa, so how is it incoluded in CPL for N?

in FIESA. There is differential pay for night hours, experienced and acute care which is defined in a description in Webclock. I do not see any differential pay description for FIESA.

That is done on OUR OWN unpaid time OFF production so not only are we not paid to look at FIESA, we're actually losing money by spending any time on FIESA!

Can you think of any other production job that requires work outside of production that is not compensated?





What they mean is the 4 cpl is what it is to pay for those - things you do off the clock. SM

reminding us of this. If your TL EVER gives you this party line, simply remind her rates were established before FIESA.

What angers me is, N thinks we wont figure this out? Surely the TL knows this fact but has to go along with the party line.

Didn't mean to hijack posters thought, but wanted this fact out where the post wouldn't have to be opened to see it.

My TSM always says that we should have a differential of no more than 25% between clocked in hours and hours on the server. We are supposed to be clocked in for things like reading emails and Fiesa...So it is okay to only actually work every 45 minutes out of 60?

I think that it is meant to keep our quarterly rate down.

How long do you wait after you apply and test before you email and/or contact the recruiter?  The way I see it, I have spent at least a couple of hours on their tests and at the very least deserve an email within a few days either way.  Maybe times have changed. Or maybe I should cc the HR dept asking for an update on my application status? ...
