Okay! I've had enough. I was going to hang in longer but I am now being Aggressive and sending my resume out! I won't be doing MT work anymore -- that's for sure! Perhaps working at the local community college if not for the government. At this point, I don't really care what I do because anything is better than this! WooHoo! It's a AHAA movement for me. It won't be long now. Best of luck to those who chose to stay with MT work. I'm jumping off this sinking (and stinking) ship. Oh! sorry everyone, I just had to get this out of my system. I can't wait to say good bye MQ.

I have been applying like crazy everywhere I can as well. Probably for the better. After 15 years, I failed 2 audits in a row! I don't think I am cut out for all the changes and I know I cannot keep up with the multiple client profiles any longer. The Q don't need me anymore. I am useless.

Besides working in fast food as a kid, this is the only job I have ever had. I am scared, nervous, and feel totally inadequate to do anything, but I have to be good at something right??

Don't let them tear you down like that -- If you've been doing this for 15 years, I am sure you are a highly intelligent and very CAPABLE and very ADEQUATE professional. What is happening to this industry has nothing to do with us. I know it is hard to believe because I understand how unfortunatley we, the worker, come up feeling like we're the problem. The skills required to do this job are worth probably 5X what we are being compensated. When you are applying, accenuate those skills and abilities. You are selling yourself short. Don't let the evil Q do that to your self esteem. I'm fighting it myself. Believe me after only doing MT for 10 years, I feel less competent and adequate than I did when I started this dead-end road. But there's a voice deep within me I keep listening to. There will be light again. Just get the heck out. My goal is ASAP. You will be alright. There are decent jobs out there waiting for us and we can utilize some of the skills we have and we'll learn a lot more and be compensated for it. Things can only get better. GOD BLESS YOU in all your endeavors!!!

I noticed today that the break pay section of the timesheet was gone today and when I clocked off a minute ago after working for 7 hours that in the "break" box, it said 0.00, when usually it would be 0.33. I just noticed today that my TL no longer shows up on my comagent. I always keep it open on my desktop and can tell who is on and who isn't and her name is always there regardless of whether she is working or not and then today all of a sudden her name is gone. Yes, I have seen this enough times that it no longer surprises me. There were 18 reports on my primary. I have an hour left of my shift. When I anticipated downloading the next one, all 18 were gone, gone, gone. It is upsetting.
