start my new job and eventually leave MModal after I dig out of my hole. I wished that when this all started back in October I would have started looking then. Oh well will be 2 jobbing it for awhile.

I read some of the posts on MModal board lately and this company has people crazed with all the fighting and name calling going on. It is depressing. It should not matter if you are pro or con MModal we are all people. Gosh, with this company it could be feast or famine depending on what your BoB is. I guess I realized that this OOW constantly is a real situation since my Bob was feast and then the TSM merger (my guess) caused it to be famine. Simple answer would be switch people around, maybe they are, but I have not seen any improvement. I ask myself why hire new people when you have a lot of people within needing work. It is MModal's job to provide us work. It is not our job, or at least I did not read it in my job description, to work all kinds of crazy hours in a day to get 8 hours in and run other people out of work. I know that works for some, but that just isn't for me. Filing for unemployment isn't for me either, but they gave me no choice. Plus, I really do not feel I am paid enough money to give up all of my life for little pay because after you spend all of your time and energy babysitting the computer, how much per hour are you really making.

Gosh, we are all people with different life situations and we all need a job for whatever reason or we would not be here. It took some time, but it happened and it is not in the MT field. It will be stressful for a bit, but hopefully a positive kind of stress. I hope that you find what you need or what you are looking for. Remember you are in control of your destination, believe in yourself, and make it happen!!!!!

Okay! I've had enough. I was going to hang in longer but I am now being Aggressive and sending my resume out! I won't be doing MT work anymore -- that's for sure! The way I see it, I have spent at least a couple of hours on their tests and at the very least deserve an email within a few days either way. Maybe times have changed. Am a current Mt looking to get into coding, specifically looking at Andrews. I am not familiar with coding at all, so this may be a dumb question to those familiar with it - but here goes!
