NJA 15 min wait/pay - Cheated

When you get NJA and you wait the 15 minutes, how is that reflected on your pay check. I think I have not been paid for these for a while cause I never look at my pay stub. My fault I know, but I just want to be aware going forward and not sure what the entry for the pay is.

I suppose you get 15 mins. of your - benefit rate or min wage

I don't think I've ever been paid for this either. I have not seen anything itemized on my pay stub to this effect. I'm reduced to min. wage now, so 15 mins. of min. wage less taxes is not worth me having to constantly email/call CCM and continue to follow up on it until it gets done. I guess I've just become apathetic to this whole PATHETIC NJA situation.

for 15 minutes (once per day), for each day of pay period. I know it sounds like not much money, but if this happens daily, that is 1 hour and 15 minutes a week, or 2-1/2 hours per pay period, so could be around 15 bucks per pay period. GIVE ME MY MONEY.

Maybe that is not a lot to some, but that will buy bread, milk, eggs, cheese, and lunch meat, lunches for a week, etc.

The CCMs do not want you to do this for some reason and tell employees that most MTs make up the time because they can make more money than minimum wage. While I am sure this is true, why should we. They made us sit there. I am not making up that time.

That is like saying to the CCM: You get paid minimum wage for your lunch break. However, you first are going to sit there for 1/2 lunch break. Now, you have the choice to take that lunch break with no pay, use your PTO for that lunch break, or make up that time later in the week cause you will make more money. Now, if you force me to, I will enter it under minimum wage for your lunch break, but most CCMs make up the time.

LOAD OF DUNG!!!

Every time you e-mail support for NJA, you put down that you want to be paid 15 minutes of downtime and send copy to CCM to make sure.

If it is not on paycheck, contact payroll directly.

I do make up most of the time that I miss for NJA, but its the silly 15 minute wait that bothers me. I have had a job pop up after 14 minutes and waited another 15 after that.. thats bull, who has time for that? There are way better things to do with my time. If they MAKE us wait 15 minutes then by golly, Im going to get paid for it. Its not about the money for me.

Am a current Mt looking to get into coding, specifically looking at Andrews. I am not familiar with coding at all, so this may be a dumb question to those familiar with it - but here goes!
