Spark is useless - Another goofy name too.

I want to know who invented the names for these programs at Nuance and how much they got paid. Why can't they name the programs for what they do? FIESA? What does that have to do with quality reports? SPARK? What does that have to do with instant messages.

GOONS at the top of Nuance who get paid a lot of money to make up titles for themselves and their useless programs. I HATE this company.

Mine flashed 3 times today. How are we supposed to get our work done if we have to keep checking Spark? GRRR!!!

I put a little piece of black duct tape over it - so I dont have to see it. NM

And you are typing and somehow it makes you unable to type temporarily, once I almost lost my report. I was told no, that does not happen to anyone else, but I know it has to me.

I tend to only put it on when needing to sign time card now, it seems like whenever someone is asking a question about some account I am not even on it interrupts my typing flow and I don't need that!

my job freezes up and I can't type again until I've clicked on Spark. I absolutely hate when "they" (the supervisors and techs) say, no, no, yours is the only complaint. Yeah, right.

Just go to your preferences in Spark and change it. - sm

After getting blessed out for not answering an e-mail on webmail - just wondering what's up with SPARK? Web mail logs us off after a few minutes.
