MY TSM IS NEVER ON SPARK. - Never available at all.

Just how do these TSMs get away with it? Where do we go when we need help or have a question? Seriously, where do we go? THIS IRRITATES ME TO NO END!!!

though, I'm sure they'll include their warm weather follies in their updates when they're telling you to get to work and how the customers deserve our great attention. Can you say gag?

Mine is always on, but she has never, not once, answered any IM's I have sent her. Never.

If she doesn't reply on Spark, and doesn't quickly help you by answering a subsequent email, then I would re-send the email with a CC to her supervisor. "I'm re-sending this email hoping for a much needed response. As well, I'm forwarding a copy to _______ since this is my 3rd attempt at obtaining assistance on this matter."

Well, Sadie...great idea. MINE never replied. I found the average reply time to any email sent to anyone at Nuance was about 5 days or more IF they responded at all and most never did. You can forward it all the way to god if you want and the response time as still a minimum of 5 days. No one was ever on spark. EVER. EVER EVER. No one responded to email ever ever ever. I don't miss those stupid #*Y# ers one bit and pray for their demise. I just read that the COO quit...and I think that that is a good start.

After getting blessed out for not answering an e-mail on webmail - just wondering what's up with SPARK? Web mail logs us off after a few minutes. How inconvenient it is to go back and log on throughout the day to see if perhaps there's a fire to put out! Isn't that what's SPARK is for? Interesting how no one is ever logged onto it except our Indian counterparts. ...

Okay seriously.. Spark, the new instant messenger for Nuance times out for inactivity every 4 minutes, obviously set that way by Nuance since the Spark instruction page on their own website says it times out every 20 minutes. Here's to the Nuance Police and their new "big brother" software! ...

Hi all...I had to reformat and have found Enrich and the Webclock, but not the Nuance e-mail and SPARK programs. Not very good with computer stuff. Anyone have the actual addresses of these? Thanks ahead. I should have written them down before reformatting. ...
