I ran an error report for all reports, all accounts on my platform for this quarter, 10/1 - 10/18. So far the Quality Index is 84% vs Quality Score 99.18%. I downloaded FlashCount and love the ease of use. However, it gives a count which is slightly higher than when I manually do it in Word by dividing characters with spaces by 65. Is there a way to adjust the settings in FlashCount so it will give me the same count.
