IMO, this new contact sheet is another way to make someone appear as though they have an important job...
Did all accounts start this? Maybe it is just mine....
It is 2 pages of emails, protocols, instructions...it has been revised numerous times in the last 2 weeks...we are supposed to print it---I am running out of ink--I have printed it every time it is revised to the "final."
If I still have to email that I am OOW, and then wait for a reply on what to do, how does this help me? I am waiting for a reply now...last week the reply came after my shift.
Actually having to figure out who is covering is ridiculous...how about a central email ALL the time for the TSM who is on...would make much more sense than reading the sheet and trying to figure out TSM schedules.
I am NOT going to help on an account that I am unfamiliar with---no matter what the incentive---why? Because it will destroy my QC%. Nuance deserves that--they created that unfair punishment.
